This printer uses the Rendering Clean Page Engine (ReCP) as its image enhancement technology. The physical dimensions of this Xpress printer are 13" x 8.5" x 7" with a weight of approximately 8.75 lbs.
Unlike its almost identical sister model Xpress M2026W, which supports WLAN, NFC and Google Cloud Print, this Samsung Xpress M2026 can only be connected to a PC via USB. Otherwise, the two devices are no different. RAM is very small at 8 MB, as its predecessors were equipped with 128 MB RAM.
With cartridges purchased from the accessory, this doubles to 1000 pages, which is still not a particularly good value for a laser printer. Incidentally, these AIO cartridges contain not only toner, but also imaging drums.
The resolution of the A4 printer with 1200 x 1200 dpi is no cause for criticism. However, a duplex unit is not onboard, so only manual duplexing is possible. The input tray opens and can hold up to 150 sheets. However, in the version above, only fits up to 100 sheets.
This Samsung SL-M2026 printer series is also supported by Mac operating systems such as MacOS X 10.5 and later. The standard interfaces of this printer are wireless and USB 2.0.Google Cloud Print can be used as mobile printing software.
